“I first met Margaret while attending Soul Full Camp for Women in late summer of 2022. I was at a crossroad in my life. Before attending camp, it felt as though my life had been on pause as I had been caring for my ailing parents for three years. They had both died back-to-back just weeks before. My feelings of loss and being lost were all consuming. While reviewing what Soul Full Camp had to offer, I had read that one of the breakout sessions being offered was all about grief and was being presented by a certified grief counsellor and life coach – Margaret. The grief session that Margaret presented was amazing. Within that 90 minute session, I learned that I had not been taught how to deal with grief (as so many of us have not), that loss and grief have many different facets, and having to deal with the loss of a loved one, let alone two, can have many layers to unpack.
